The Lake Superior Art Association’s annual Challenge Art Exhibit is on display October 1 through 31 in the Deo Gallery of the Peter White Public Library.
The theme of this exhibit is “Opposites,” which artists might interpret with colors, shapes, media, or subject matter.
The talent in the Marquette area does not disappoint with this diverse collection of opposing ideas and representations!
There is a public reception on October 10, 6 – 8 pm.
The Lake Superior Art Association is a nonprofit organization, whose mission is to promote and encourage the development of visual arts and artists in Marquette County through programs directed towards the appreciation and participation in the visual arts, which includes Art on the Rocks, the annual art fair.
All operations are exclusively for charitable and educational purposes, and for the promotion and enjoyment of the visual arts in our community.
