We have been very busy restructuring LSSA, INC DBA Lake Superior Art
Association over the past 18 months. One focus has been the Bylaws, which have
not been updated since 1989 (thirty three years ago!). There are no
Corresponding Secretaries any more but there are Facebook and Instagram. We
now need you to vote to accept the new bylaws. LSAA IS 73 years old and if we
are to continue our success—we need you there to vote.

• LSAA will email to the entire membership a copy of the bylaws on AUGUST 10 TH
• TUESDAY, SEPTEMBER 12 TH WILL BE THE ANNUAL MEETING AND POTLUCK. VOTING by members on Slate, Bylaws plus Update for the year at the Peter White Public Library
  COMMUNITY ROOM AT 6:00PM.
